Boos power battery charge and discharge detection equipment project

Recently, our company won the bid for the power battery charging and discharging detection equipment of Fengfan Co., Ltd., which was highly recognized by customers for its high-quality products and perfect after-sales service.

Our company provides BSP series energy feedback type power battery performance detection system for it. The equipment parameter is 900V 500A dual channel. This equipment is a dual channel high-precision DC power processing system controlled by the computer remote detection, monitoring and processing platform. Users can set parameters to flexibly control the two-way flow of energy between equipment and load. The system is specially designed to meet the requirements of users for performance testing of power battery PACK.

BSP series detection systems are also suitable for performance testing of various DC loads (not only batteries), providing more testing functions than traditional power supply systems. The system uses the bidirectional characteristics of power facilities (which can send and receive electric energy) to meet the unidirectional and bidirectional demands of loads. Electric energy can be transmitted not only from BSP to load, but also from load to equipment. BSP detection system can directly feed the electrical energy of load back to the power grid without external resistance load, reducing the energy loss caused by traditional resistance discharge.
